Set in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway this idyllic cottage is nestled in the lush green Scottish countryside besides an off shoot of the River Nith. The peace and tranquility of this area makes for a perfect relaxing break. Click Here for map.

The Mill house has 1 double  bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 singles. A large reception room  with TV DVD and games. We have a large and very comfortable self inflating king size mattress with can fit into the reception room with ease sleeping 2 more. The dinning room with seating for up to 8 people A bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen equipped with a Bosch washer/dryer oven, hob, microwave. Wireless internet (extra),  A good size garden to relax in complete privacy and an outdoor dining table,  where you can eat listening to the river and the wildlife.

With so much to do in Dumfries and Galloway here is your opportunity to do as much as you like or as little as you like!

Kitchen: Brand new in April 2007 electric hob and Oven/ washing dryer/ microwave fridge freezer and all mod cons.

Wireless Internet: Wireless internet is available for £15 per week.

Fishing: Fly fishing equipment available for £10 per week, Including 2 rods, line, flys, net etc

Golf: Golf clubs available for £10 per week

Welcome Basket: Your food and other supplies can be arranged and unpacked for you on your arrival.  Simply give us your shopping list and we can arrange delivery from local shops/ farms (as available) There will be a £20 delivery fee ontop of your sundries bill. (subject to local availability)

 Housekeeping service:

Our housekeeper will happily come over and tidy up, subject to availability and at an additional cost of £7.50 per hour
